Sanjana Hoque, a young legal researcher, recently started her career as a Lecturer of Law at Chittagong Independent University. She has completed her LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) fromUniversity of Chittagong. Later, she has completed a two years LL.M. specialized in International Law from South Asian University, New Delhi, India, a University established by SAARC member States with SAARC India Silver Jubilee Scholarship. Before joining CIU, she worked as a Research Apprentice in a governance apprenticeship program by a policy research organization, Youth Policy Forum, Barrister Shameem Haider Patwary, MP, Gaibandha- 1 and Ahasanul Islam Titu, MP, Tangail-6.

Awarded with Campbell Johnston Clark Award for the Second-Best Research Paper in the International Conference on Maritime Law 2020 organized by Centre for Maritime Law, National Law University Odisha, India, in 2020.

Best Mooter Award in TIB-DUMCS Anti-Corruption Moot Court Competition, 2017.

Represented the Winning Team as a Mooter in the 12th National Henry Dunant Moot Court Competition, 2016.

Represented the Champion Team in the BSU Inter-University Debate Competition, 2016.

Best Promising Lawyer in Advocate Muzaffar Ahmad Khan Memorial Moot Court Competition, 2015.
