Dr. Rubell Sen Goopta has 15 years of teaching and research experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels since September 2008. He started his teaching and research career at Sothern University Bangladesh in 2008, then worked at Independent University Bangladesh from 2009 to 2013. Currently, He is an Associate Professor & Head of EEE at the Chittagong Independent University. He did his Ph.D. from the IIT Roorkee, India, at Power Electronics in 2022. He graduated from CUET, Chattogram, Bangladesh, majoring in EEE with distinction in 2008. He also completed his post-graduation from the same institution and discipline in 2015. He published several articles in international journals and conferences. He also has academic and training curriculum development expertise on EEE at UG and PG levels. He is a registered professional member of IEEE, USA, and IEB, Bangladesh.
