Dr. Moslehuddin Chowdhury Khaled, Associate Professor of CIU Business School, is the founding Chairman of newly formed Human Resource Management (HRM) department in Chittagong Independent University. Having more than ten years of teaching experience, he taught courses in Management, HRM and Marketing area in both BBA and MBA program.

His Research interests include strategic management, Human Resource and Change Management, Management in Government, SME and family business, and social business. Focused on action and collaborative research methods. He published more than twenty papers in different journals home and abroad. Also he traveled to UK, India, Brunei, Turkey, Nepal, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, and Malaysia for more than ten conference paper presentations

He conducts training sessions in various government, private, and non-profit organizations.

He earned his PhD from University of Chittagong (CU) and M.Phil (Management) from the same and MBA (Marketing) from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka (DU), and BBA (Management) from CU. Also, he attended many executive training and research workshops. Before coming to academia, he had 5 years of corporate exposure in a variety of local and multinational organizations.

He carries professional membership of American Economic Association, Associate membership of Bangladesh economic association

As an ex-student he is a life member of IBA alumni association, Dhaka University Registered Alumni, Chittagong University Management Association, Old Faujian Association, Old Collegiates, Old Placidian association, etc.
