Dr. Moslehuddin Khaled, has been teaching for more than 18 years. Before coming to academia, he had a few years of corporate stint in different organizations, including multinationals, locals, donor agencies, etc.
Dr. Khaled’s primary area of teaching interest is General Management, but he teaches courses from other areas too, like HRM, Psychology, Marketing and Economics. His research interests include Management in Government, Public sector reforms, Educational administration, Small Business, Family Business, Social Enterprises, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Focused on qualitative research, he published more than thirty papers in different journals at home and abroad. He travelled for conference paper presentations in UK, India, Brunei, Turkey, Nepal, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Malaysia, and Maldives.
As a resource person, trainer, or keynote speaker, Dr. Khaled conducted sessions on different topics like Leadership, Motivation, Communication, Team building, Stress Management, Total Quality Management (TQM), Project Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Social Business, SDG, etc., in different organizations in private, public, and non-profit sectors.
As an ex-student he is a life member of IBA alumni association, Dhaka University Registered Alumni, Chittagong University Management Association, Old Faujian Association, Old Collegiates, Old Placidian association, etc.
He is the eldest son of Monsuruddin Ahmed Chowdhury and Khaleda Khanam Chowdhury, and hails from Village Dharmapur, Fatikchari, Chittagong.
